
Brian A. Loo, M.A. is the TMS Coordinator at the Center for Cognitive Brain Health at Union Square Practice. He has experience with multiple modalities of neuromodulation (EEGs, neurofeedback, TDCS, TCES) and specializes in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. Brian believes that building transparent, down-to-earth relationships is fundamental to one’s overall mental health in any clinical setting.
Here at USP, Brian oversees and administers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in order to treat depression, OCD, and other neuropsychiatric conditions.
Born and raised in NYC, Brian attended SUNY Stony Brook, where he earned his Bachelor’s with concentrations in biopsychology and social psychology. He immediately continued onto graduate school at Stony Brook, where he focused on neuropsychology and earned his Master’s by the age of 22. During his time at Stony Brook, Brian worked at the Cognition and Decision Making Laboratory (CaDLab), where he routinely performed electroencephalographs (EEGs) and decision making experiments on student participants.
