Madison Bray is a child, adolescent, and adult mental health counselor with a specialty in the treatment of OCD, and anxiety related disorders such as (trichotillomania and skin picking, PTSD, social anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, eating disorders, body dysmorphic disorder, panic disorder, depression, specific phobias, and insomnia.) Madison utilizes an integrative approach, primarily based on CBT modalities, and has extensive training in evidence-based approaches such as:

-Exposure and Response Prevention
-STAIR- NST
-Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
-Mindfulness and meditation

Madison values providing a warm, open, and non-judgmental space to foster a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship between her and her clients. She believes that treatment is the most successful when the client feels comfortable to be their most genuine self. Madison believes that the ultimate goal of therapy is to provide skills and tools to empower the client to become their own therapist. As a result, she strives to help her clients find ways to generalize therapeutic growth into their daily lives for lasting positive change.

-Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University
-Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University
-Bachelor of Science with Honors in Psychology from The University of Oregon
